Role Overview:

  • As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will be essential in supporting the nursery class, helping to create a stimulating and safe learning atmosphere for the children.   • Maintain records of children's progress and behavioural observations as part of your responsibilities as a Nursery Teaching Assistant.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working in early years settings as a Nursery Teaching Assistant.
  • A strong passion for supporting children with SEN, crucial for a successful Nursery Teaching Assistant.
  • Have a upbeat and personable personality who forms quick rapports with children, staff and parents
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
