About the RoleWe are seeking dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join primary schools in Islington. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes the development and well-being of young learners. With a variety of roles available across multiple schools, this position offers excellent opportunities for growth and hands-on experience in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children's development through structured play and learning activities.
  • Work closely with classroom teachers and support staff to provide a consistent learning experience.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, reporting any concerns or achievements.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Early Years/Childcare (Level 2 or above).
