Are you a dedicated and motivated individual with a passion for supporting students' learning? We are seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join our team at a secondary school in Westminster. This role involves providing one-to-one assistance to a student for part of the day and offering general classroom support for the remainder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to a student with specific learning needs for 1-2 hours daily.
  • Help the student set and achieve academic goals and assist with daily tasks.
  • Work alongside the teacher to implement a personalized learning plan.
  • Offer emotional and academic encouragement to help the student thrive.
  • Monitor and report the student's progress to the teacher.
  • Support teaching across mainstream classrooms for the rest of the school day.
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation and help students with classwork and homework.

Qualifications:
