Are you an experienced Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant looking for a part-time role? If so, we want to hear from you!

Teach Plus are currently working with a one-form entry, welcoming and supportive primary school, who are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP on a part-time, ongoing basis.

The school is located in the heart of Maida Vale and has strong links with the local community. They are a diverse, vibrant school who promote inclusivity and celebrate diversity. The school encourages children and staff to have a growth mindset, reflecting on being the best they can be and what they can do to always strive for improvement.

The role of the Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant is to start ASAP, on a part-time basis, 5 mornings per week, 8.30am - 12.30pm.

As a Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant you will be expected to:

  • Support the lead teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Establish positive relationships with the pupils, parents, class teachers and other members of staff across the school
  • Monitor and document the progress of each child and communicate observations to the lead teacher
  • Be responsible for setting up continuous provision indoors and outdoors

The ideal candidate for a Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant role will have:

  • Experience working in an EYFS setting, ideally within a primary school
  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification
  • A flexible, proactive attitude who are passionate about improving the environment and learning for all pupils
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
  • Right to work in the UK
