Responsibilities of a Pastoral Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide pastoral support to students, helping them with their social and emotional needs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individual support plans.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive and inclusive school atmosphere.
  • Monitor and report on students' progress and well-being.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.

Requirements of a Pastoral Teaching Assistant:
