Key Responsibilities of a Physics Teaching Assistant:
- Working alongside class teachers to support lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Providing tailored support to individual students or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Encouraging student engagement and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Assisting with lesson planning and preparation of learning materials.
- Supporting students' social, emotional, and academic development.
About You:
- A graduate with a degree in Physics
- Passionate about education and helping children achieve their best.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Patient, understanding, and able to build positive relationships with students.
- Experience working with children (e.g., mentoring, tutoring, volunteering) is advantageous but not essential.
