This full-time role involves working closely with the class teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating environment, helping young children develop key early skills through play-based learning. A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, particularly in Communication & Language, Phonics, and early social development, would be highly beneficial.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, particularly for children aged 2-3 years
  • Experience working with Pre-Nursery or Nursery-aged children
  • Confidence in supporting learning through play and structured activities
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in education or childcare (Early Years Practitioner preferred)
  • A passion for working in an inclusive and supportive school environment
  • Availability for the remainder of the academic year
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Professional references and Overseas Police Clearances (if required)
