We have a large number of schools in Lambeth seeking confident, proactive graduates with a good understanding of child mental health to work as teaching assistants. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with pupils aged 11-16 on a 1 to 1 basis

  • Support children with identified behaviour, SEMH, SEN, and ASD needs

  • Participate in specialist mentoring sessions and interventions

  • Gain training in effective behavioural interventions and approaches

  • Collaborate with the school's SENCO, senior management, and external agencies

Immediate cover work and long-term full-time roles starting ASAP for the next academic year.
