Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a new, exciting experience in a lovely primary school?

We are currently working alongside a primary school based in Lambeth (SW4) and we are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working HLTA who has experience working with children in a primary school environment. This role is perfect for an individual committed to providing encouraging learning environments for children of all age groups and children with SEN in Primary education.

As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, your duties will include:

  • Help maintain a well-organised learning environment for children in primary education.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and deliver lessons in the absence of a teacher.
  • Encouraging student interaction with the curriculum.
  • Providing support in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.

About you:

  • Relevant Teaching Qualifications (Level 3, Level 4, TA, HLTA etc)
  • Previous experience working in a primary school and supporting children with SEN
  • Have a genuine interest in Primary education.
  • Excellent communicator.
