A fantastic, creative and friendly Primary School in the London Borough of Greenwich is looking to recruit a SEND Classroom Assistant. The SEND Classroom Assistant role is a full time and long-term role, for a February 2025 start.

As a SEND Classroom Assistant, you will be working with Primary School children, with a range of SEN needs. As a SEND Classroom Assistant, you will be supporting children who have been diagnosed with Autism / ASD, ADHD, children with SEMH and children with behavioural difficulties.

• Supporting children with a range of SEN across year groups
• Working with children with Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural difficulties
• Based in Greenwich
• February 2025 Start
• Full Time & Long Term
• 105 - 110 per day

Person Specification - SEND Classroom Assistant

• Must have a good degree from a reputable University
• Good understanding of SEN is required
• Experience in a previous role, or personal experience with SEN would be ideal
• Passionate about supporting children with SEN
• You must be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Calm and compassionate nature
