Salary: £85 - £95 per day

We are currently recruiting for An Ofsted rated 'good' school in Hillingdon who are looking for someone to join their friendly and supportive team as an SEND Teaching Assistant from September. You will be required to work with children 1:1 and in small groups to support all aspects of their development alongside other members of staff.

Key skills the ideal candidate will have:

  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrate active listening skills and strong verbal communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to adapt in response to changing circumstances
  • Handle complex and sensitive issues with empathy and understanding
  • Able to establish positive relationships with students and teachers
  • Experience working with young people or SEND in any capacity
  • Able to commute to Hillingdon
