Sanza Teaching Agency is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and dynamic primary school in the heart of Islington. We are seeking an enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join the team on a full-time, long-term basis.

Position Details:

  • Role: SEND Teaching Assistant
  • Key Stage: KS1 (Key Stage 1)
  • Support Area: Children with Autism (ASD)
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: Full-Time

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with Autism in a primary school setting. You will be responsible for providing 1:1 support and working within the classroom to help create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting children with Autism (ASD)
  • A passion for working with young children
  • Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
