Role Overview:
LTF Recruitment is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Nursery Practitioner to join a dynamic nursery team in Westminster. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping young children's early development through engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework.

Located within the grounds of a highly regarded primary school, this nursery provides outstanding early years education in a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 2 to 4 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursery staff, ensuring exceptional care and education.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider school community.
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate creative and age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Monitor children's progress and work closely with parents to address individual needs.
  • Ensure safeguarding and child protection protocols are adhered to at all times.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
