As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning and build confidence.
• Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and learning materials.
• Promote positive behaviour and inclusion within the classroom.
• Help create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.

• Experience working with children in a school setting (desirable but not essential).
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude toward supporting young learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
