Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their educational journey?Milk Education are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team and support primary schools in Enfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a vibrant and inclusive school environment, helping children achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities to primary school children.
  • Support children with their learning needs, both individually and in small groups.
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Provide pastoral care and encourage positive behavior management.
  • Prepare resources and assist in the classroom setup for daily activities.
  • Support students with additional learning needs (SEN) where necessary.
  • Liaise with parents, teachers, and staff to monitor student progress and development.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably within a primary school or educational setting.
  • A keen interest in supporting children’s learning and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is preferred, but not essential.
  • Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this process if required).
