Secondary School Teaching Assistant - Hillingdon

We are working with a welcoming secondary school in Hilingdon, known for its supportive environment and strong sense of community. They are looking for Teaching Assistants to work across KS3 and KS4, helping students succeed in a positive and engaging setting.

Key responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND, both 1:1 and in small groups
  • Work alongside teachers to assist in delivering lessons that encourage learning and engagement
  • Support pupils' progress by contributing to monitoring and feedback
  • Build positive relationships with students, boosting their confidence and involvement
  • Help with classroom organisation and maintaining a smooth day-to-day routine

For this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children, ideally in a secondary school setting
