We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant primary school in Islington. This exciting full-time role will focus on delivering group interventions for Key Stage 1 (KS1) pupils, supporting their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted support for small groups of children in KS1, focusing on literacy, numeracy, and general learning development.
  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Support children with a range of abilities and special educational needs (SEN).
  • Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and independence.
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to the class teacher on individual student performance.

Requirements:
