If you're eager to support Key Stage 3 and 4 students in boosting their Maths skills and confidence, this role is perfect for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:- Maths Support: Provide in-class assistance, lead small group sessions, and offer one-to-one support to enhance student learning.
- Engage and Motivate: Build positive relationships with students, creating a supportive learning environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work in a vibrant secondary school setting alongside a supportive and experienced teaching team.
- Adapt and Tailor Lessons: Help personalize learning experiences to meet individual student needs.
- Location: Easily accessible by bus or car, with parking nearby.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am - 4:00 pm (TBC).
- Reputation: Rated "Good" by Ofsted and valued by the local community.
- Friendly Staff: A fantastic, collaborative team with a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maths Graduate or Equivalent: Strong Maths A-levels also considered.
- Experience Working with Young People: Classroom experience or tutoring is a bonus.
