• Classroom Management: Aid in managing classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
• Resource Preparation: Prepare dynamic learning materials and resources under the guidance of teachers.
• Student Development: Support the social and emotional growth of students, fostering a nurturing and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer personalized support to students with varying learning needs.
• Assist teachers with creative classroom activities and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage student participation and engagement in lessons.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they have access to the curriculum.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Relevant experience or a degree in education or a related field is preferred but not required.
