Horizon Teachers is seeking a Teaching Assistant for a Primary School in Lambeth to provide 1:1 support to a Year 3 student with Mild Learning Difficulties, including Autism and Speech and Language needs.
Candidates should have previous experience in a school setting and supporting children with Special Educational Needs, and must be resilient and able to build rapport quickly.
The position is full-time, starting ASAP and running until the end of the academic year, with a salary of up to £550 per week.
The registration process is completed online, and Horizon Teachers offers free certified safeguarding training for registered support staff.
Applicants will need to undergo a DBS Check and provide original qualifications prior to placement.

Horizon Teachers are currently working with a Primary School in Lambeth that are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child in their Year 3 class that requires extra support in their education. The student you will be supporting has Mild Learning Difficulties, such as Autism and Speech and Language needs, so it would be very beneficial if you have previous experience working within a similar role.You will need to be resilient and be able to quickly create a rapport with the child you are working with and the other children within the classroom. This will be a very rewarding role for the right person, starting ASAP and will run until the end of the academic year, on a full-time basis, and will pay up to £550 per week.What the school are looking for in their Teaching Assistants:
