Teaching Assistant | Complex Needs | Mainstream Primary School | Redbridge

Teaching Assistant (TA) required to work with a complex needs children in a lovely primary school in the London borough of Redbridge.

This is a mainstream primary school with a high proportion of high needs children, the SEN team are now looking for an additional member of staff to help with the support from September.

  • Long Term role to start in September for the rest of the academic year
  • Kind and Nurturing individual required also good at working in a team
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant working with complex Needs children ideally within a special school
  • Join a warm and welcoming school with great staff retention

We are looking for teaching assistants who have previous experience working with children with high needs and have a passion for this kind of work.

Previous experience with alternative communication techniques like Makaton, PECs, visual cues etc. are beneficial to the role.
