Teaching Assistant | Complex Needs | Mainstream Primary School | Redbridge

Teaching Assistant (TA) required to work with a complex needs children in a lovely primary school in the London borough of Redbridge.

This is a mainstream primary school with a high proportion of high needs children, the SEN team are now looking for an additional member of staff to help with the support from September.

Long Term role to start in September for the rest of the academic year
Kind and Nurturing individual required also good at working in a team
Experience as a Teaching Assistant working with complex Needs children ideally within a special school
Join a warm and welcoming school with great staff retention

We are looking for teaching assistants who have previous experience working with children with high needs and have a passion for this kind of work.

Previous experience with alternative communication techniques like Makaton, PECs, visual cues etc. are beneficial to the role.
