Position: Teaching Assistant

Pay Range: £80.00 - £100.00 per day (dependent on experience)
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children.
- A valid and current DBS check on the update service.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to supporting students' learning and well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to support the development of lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Assist in managing the classroom environment, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs, adapting materials and activities as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with the teaching team.
