Are you able to work well independently and as part of a team to support Children?An amazing opportunity has arisen for a strong Early Years Teaching Assistant in an Ofsted Good primary school located in Haringey. The school is situated in a lovely community, very established and currently provides excellent education in all Key stages. Pupils need a range of support from academic to special needs. The post requires an enthusiastic teaching assistant who is flexible, enthusiastic, and dedicated to supporting pupils to achieve their full potential while remaining engaged in their learning.Teaching Assistant:
  • Be energetic, vivacious individual who can prepare creative and engaging activities
  • 1:1 work with students who require additional support/challenging behavior
  • Supporting the class teacher in setting up activities and the classroom
  • Reporting on individual progress and managing behaviour
  • Working closely with the class teacher, SLT and SENDCO to drive improvement
