As a teaching assistant in Tower Hamlet, you will have the incredible opportunity to work with children, providing the necessary support and guidance to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to the children.

Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring the children's active participation.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting a sense of belonging and self-confidence.

Monitor and assess the child's progress, providing regular feedback to the class teacher and parents.

Qualifications and Skills:
