About the Role:

  • As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with our SEN team to support students with additional needs, helping to maintain our high expectations for academic achievement. The successful candidate will:
  • Provide tailored support in either Sports or Physics, working one-on-one or in small groups
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring that students of all abilities are engaged and challenged
  • Support SEN students, fostering a patient and kind approach while helping them meet their learning goals
  • Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to provide a nurturing and structured learning environment
  • Help maintain the school's commitment to both academic excellence and the well-being of our students

  • Have a strong academic background in Sports or Physics, or hold a degree with SEN/TA experience
