About the Role:
As an Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and fostering a love of learning. No two days will be the same, and you'll have the chance to:
- Work closely with the nursery teacher to plan and deliver exciting, engaging activities that captivate and inspire young children.
- Provide dedicated support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring their individual needs are met with care and creativity.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe environment where every child feels valued and empowered.
- Get hands-on in supporting personal care routines, ensuring children's health and well-being are at the forefront.
- Track children's development and progress, contributing valuable observations to their learning journey.
Who We're Looking For:
We want someone full of energy, creativity, and passion for early childhood education! If you're working towards or already have a CACHE Level 3 or equivalent Early Years qualification, we want to hear from you. We're looking for:
- Previous experience in an early years setting (nursery, preschool, or similar) or Teaching Assistant experience
- Someone actively working towards their childcare qualification (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent).
- A caring, positive approach to supporting children's development and an eagerness to help them grow.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a dedicated team.
- Experience with SEN is a bonus, but enthusiasm and a can-do attitude are what truly matter!
