Positions Available:- General Teaching Assistants - Supporting classroom teachers across all year groups, assisting with lesson preparation, classroom management, and general student support.
- SEN Teaching Assistants - Providing one-on-one or small group support to children with special educational needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other learning challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers to support and engage students in their learning journey.
- Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Implement tailored learning activities and support Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for SEN students.
- Promote positive behaviour and social development, helping children to thrive academically and personally.
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
- Previous experience in an educational setting or working with children with SEND is a plus.
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
