Horizon Teachers are working with a central London Primary school helping in their search for an experienced Teaching Assistant. If you have a varied background in Primary or SEN Education, this is the ideal role for you! What will your main responsibilities be?

Support teachers in delivering effective and engaging lessons across a variety of classrooms.
Work with a child on a 1:1 basis with challenging behaviour, building a relationship and understanding their needs and abilities.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
Prepare and set up learning materials and resources.
Encourage a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Supervise students during break times and outings.
Help maintain a clean and organised classroom environment.
