SEN Teaching Assistant | Islington, N7 | £90-£110 | Long-Term to Permanent | January 2025

LTF Recruitment is seeking a caring and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support a young boy and girl with additional needs in a Year 3 class at a warm and inclusive primary school in Islington, N7.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to the two pupils, helping them engage in lessons and develop key skills.

  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor and report on progress.

Requirements:

  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting young learners.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or child development (desirable but not essential).
