We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join A fantastic team in Lambeth! Whether you have experience or are just starting your career in education, if you're ready to support children with special educational needs, I'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

  • Work one-on-one and in small groups with children who need extra support in their learning.
  • Help students with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties, in both primary and secondary settings.
  • Assist teachers with classroom activities and create a positive learning environment.
  • Encourage students to build confidence, independence, and social skills.
  • Be a friendly and understanding point of contact for pupils throughout the school day.

  • Previous experience in an SEN setting is a bonus but not essential - the school will provide training for the right person!
