Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:- Provide engaging and effective support in the Reception classroom during morning sessions.
- Assist Year 5 pupils in the afternoons, focusing on phonics, literacy, and classroom activities.
- Collaborate closely with teachers to ensure pupil's academic and personal development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment tailored to individual needs.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in EYFS and/or KS2, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of phonics and the ability to support literacy interventions.
- A proactive and flexible individual who thrives in a dynamic classroom environment.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to process one through Reeson Education.
