Your Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to students, especially those with behavioural needs.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Contribute to the academic and emotional development of students.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience working with secondary school students, particularly those with behavioural challenges.
- Strong classroom management skills.

- A team-oriented and proactive attitude.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure (or willingness to obtain one).
- Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
- Professional references.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
