This is a long-term role starting in January, perfect for those passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN).

• Supporting students with special educational needs in their academic and personal development.
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.
• Providing one-on-one and group support to help students access the curriculum effectively.
• Encouraging and nurturing a positive learning environment.
• Assisting with classroom management and ensuring the welfare of students.

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with SEN experience.
• A caring and patient individual with excellent communication skills.
• A proactive approach and a genuine passion for education.
• Relevant qualifications or training in supporting SEN is desirable but not essential.
