Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:- Provide 2:1 support to a child with behavioural needs, working alongside another Teaching Assistant.
- Help create a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with staff to develop strategies to support the child's progress.
- Build a positive relationship with the pupil to encourage engagement.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally supporting behavioural or SEN pupils.
- The ability to remain calm, patient, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Confidence to manage challenging behaviours effectively.
- Work in a friendly and inclusive school community.
