About the role - Teaching Assistant:

  • Teaching Assistant role within a Year 4 class
  • Support a child with SEMH needs on a 1:1 basis
  • Create exciting and stimulating learning resources
  • Support in creating effective behaviour management plans to promote positive behavioural progress
  • Lead small group intervention sessions to boost academic progress
  • Help to foster a positive learning environment
