I am seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant (TA) to provide 1:1 support for a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Global Developmental Delay. Role & Responsibilities:Provide tailored support to meet the child's individual learning and developmental needs.Implement strategies to support communication, sensory, and emotional regulation.Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCO to adapt learning activities.Encourage social interaction and promote independence.Monitor progress and contribute to assessments and reports.
