Are you a compassionate and dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) looking for a rewarding role? A wonderful primary school in Chelsea is seeking an enthusiastic SEN TA to support children with additional needs and help them thrive in a nurturing environment.
About the Role:- Full-time position in a primary school setting
- Supporting children with special educational needs on a one-to-one or small group basis
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
- Helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Working closely with teachers, SENCO, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
- Experience working with children with special educational needs (preferred)
- A patient, caring, and understanding approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for helping children overcome challenges and achieve their full potential
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEN training) are desirable but not essential
- A welcoming and supportive school community
