Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in Wandsworth? We are seeking a committed individual to support students with special educational needs (SEN) in a nurturing and inclusive school environment.

About the Role:
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
  • Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to implement Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
About You:
  • Previous experience working with children with SEND in a school setting.
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant Diploma) is desirable but not essential.
