• Work as a Teaching Assistant supporting children with Autism in a nurturing environment.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils engage with learning.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to implement effective support strategies.
• Use psychology-based techniques to manage behaviour and promote development.
• Create a calm and structured environment as a proactive Teaching Assistant.

• A Psychology Graduate with previous experience working with Autism.
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of child development and behaviour management strategies.
• A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting children.
