Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:- Work as a Teaching Assistant supporting a pupil in EYFS with Autism.
- Assist the child in developing communication, social, and emotional skills.
- Support the class teacher with daily activities and learning strategies.
- Implement behaviour management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally supporting Autism.
- Confidence in managing behaviour and promoting positive outcomes.
- A calm, patient, and adaptable personality.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via Reeson Education.
