A friendly and welcoming primary school in Greenwich is looking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant to join their KS1 team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early learning and development to support pupils in reaching their full potential.

• Work closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning across Year 1 and Year 2.
• Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils in phonics, numeracy, and literacy.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
• Prepare and organise learning resources to support lessons and interventions.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.

• Have prior experience working in a primary school setting, particularly in KS1.
• Be confident, enthusiastic, and nurturing with a child-centred approach.
• Understand how to support children with varying needs and abilities.
• Be proactive, flexible, and able to work well within a team.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS (on the update service) or be willing to apply for one.
