Teaching Assistant - The Role
- Full-time Teaching Assistant role starting in April 2025 and running until July 2025
- Work in a KS1 class, supporting the teacher with classroom activities and student development
- Provide tailored support to individual students and small groups within the class
- Assist with classroom management and the delivery of educational resources
- Ensure students' learning needs are met, promoting a positive and inclusive environment

Teaching Assistant - Requirements
- Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is ideal
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team
- A patient, supportive, and enthusiastic approach to working with children
- Able to work full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm
- A proactive attitude towards assisting with both academic and pastoral support
