SEND Teaching Assistants

Lambeth & Surrounding Boroughs

ASAP Start - Full or Part time

Salary: £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

Several special needs schools across Lambeth and surrounding boroughs are recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants for a variety of roles from flexible daily supply to short-term and long-term roles. The schools we are supporting cater for a range of needs including ASD, MLD, ADHD, PMLD and SEMH.

We can offer the following:

  • Flexible work including daily supply, short-term bookings, and long-term roles
  • From £85 - £100 per day dependent on experience
  • Full-time or part-time roles available, dependent on your preference
  • SEND Schools in Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham
  • Primary or secondary SEND options

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the update service, ideally Child and Adult, or be prepared to apply for a new check
  • Proven child-related experience
  • Knowledge of SEND and previous SEND experience
  • Effective classroom management, curriculum knowledge, and good communication skills
  • Adaptable and flexible personality
