Job Title: Teaching AssistantLocation: Hackney, E8 | Pay: £94 - £105 per day | Contract: Temp to Perm | Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our primary school in Hackney. This role offers a great opportunity to support young learners in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in delivering lessons.
- Provide support to pupils individually and in groups.
- Manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive interactions.
- Help prepare learning materials and maintain an organised classroom.
- Ensure pupil safety during lessons and activities.
- Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
- Communicate with parents and staff to support pupil development.
Qualifications:
- Experience with children is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to pupil success.
- Dedication to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
