Qualifications and Skills:?? Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential?? A passion for education and a desire to inspire young minds.?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?? Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classrooms and year groups.?? A positive and nurturing approach to supporting students' individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:Provide cover for absent teachers, delivering engaging and interactive lessons.Support pupils' learning and development through one-on-one assistance and group activities.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting respect and cooperation.Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and orderly learning space.
