Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
• Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning and support progress
• Assist in preparing learning materials and maintaining an organized classroom environment
• Provide personal, social, and academic support to students
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere
• Contribute to planning and supporting extra-curricular activities where needed

Requirements:

• Relevant experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
• Passionate about working with young people and supporting their educational journey
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A patient, flexible, and positive attitude
• A degree or similar qualification.
