Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities
- Work with individual students and small groups to provide extra support where needed
- Help maintain a positive and orderly learning environment
- Prepare materials and resources for lessons
- Monitor and report on student progress to teachers
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as needed

- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student development
- A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Relevant degree or similar
