As a Teaching Assistant, you'll provide valuable classroom support in various primary schools, adapting quickly to different environments and making a positive impact on pupils' learning experiences.
Responsibilities:- Assist teachers with lesson delivery, supporting pupils in their academic and social development.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with varying needs.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom.
- Work flexibly across different schools, adapting to new environments with ease.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere that helps all pupils thrive.
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant, with knowledge of working with SEN pupils being advantageous.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive approach to working in diverse settings.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
