Are you a compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Autism and challenging behaviour? We are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child in our Westminster-based primary school.

About the Role:
  • Provide 1:1 support for a child with Autism and challenging behaviour.
  • Implement tailored strategies to help with engagement, learning, and emotional regulation.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt lessons and interventions.
  • Foster a positive and structured learning environment for the child.
About You:

? Experience working with children with Autism and behavioural needs.? A calm, patient, and proactive approach.? Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to de-escalate situations effectively.? A genuine passion for supporting SEN pupils to reach their full potential.
