The Role - Teaching Assistant:
- Provide classroom support in both Reception and Year 2 classes.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' needs.
- Support children in their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and confident.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Childcare qualification is desirable but not essential; relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience supporting EYFS and KS1 pupils in a school setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and pupils.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to nurturing children's potential.
